Why the update is not downloading

im connected to wifi but still it’s not downloading the new IOS 15 Update

What are you seeing? The iPhone needs to be at least 50% charged, and you need to be connected to wi-fi, not a hotspot. You cannot update over the air using cellular unless you have a 5G device connected to 5G. Do you see an error message?
