Is there anyway to have keyboard clicks on, but to where the keyboard vibrates only when typing on.

No. As you already know, there is either keyboard clicks or there isn't. You cannot substitute the clicks with vibrations. This is because if there was a haptic feedback (vibration) every time we tapped on a letter, then that would be one noticeable battery draining experience. You can still suggest this feature to Apple by leaving feedback here âž” Product Feedback - Apple
