Notes app shortcut

I use the Apple notes app and I was wondering if there is a shortcut to use the bold writing format without actually clicking it.

Hi NadirH,

We understand you'd like to enable bold text while typing. We're happy to offer some guidance.

The key shortcut to enable/disable bold text is Command-B. To start typing in bold font just press the Command key and the B key. Then when you're done and want to return to normal text, just press those two keys again to deactivate it.
