Why have I still not received my refund?

Earlier tonight it said that I was granted the $80 and some odd cent refund from Apple from the App Store. I called a lady and talk to her earlier tonight and she said that it would be put back on my master card ending in 1612 well that was like five hours ago and it has still not been sent to my MasterCard so I don’t understand what’s going on or what I need to do. I asked her if she could put it on my apple card pay account but she said no that had to go in the back on the card that I ordered accidentally my daughter ordered that app off of. So I’m kind of just sitting here wondering why I haven’t gotten a refund or what’s up on the other refund status is I’m just wondering what’s going on thank you

A refund can take up to 30 days, depending on the method used to make the purchase. Please see https://support.apple.com/HT210904. With your credit card it will be up to 30 days. This applies to refunds from all companies, not just Apple.
