QuickTime 7 Pro to convert a MPEG2 to H264, but no audio when play back

I have used the QuickTime 7 Pro to conver a MPEG2 file to H264 file, but no audio when I try to play it back in QuickTime 7.
Also, when I config the h264 encoding profile, in the audio config window, there is no option avilable, it says the org MPEG2 file has no sound track. But I know the org MPEG2 file is good because I have just used another codec to convert it to MPEG4 and it is fine.
Many thanks for any one who help me!!!

I got the QT pro mainly for converting my MV library to ipod readables. Before decided to buy the QT pro, I also tried another video converter - AVS video converter and it is a pretty good program. I decided to buy QT pro instead of AVS video converter for one reason (Assumption based on a great products, such as iPods and iTunes) - Apple makes qualitied products. BUT I was totally WRONG!!! Wrong for four reasons:

1. The conversion is super slow. It takes at lease, I repeat, at lease one hour to convert a 20mb mepg file to ipod readable file.
2. No audio, period.
3. No satisfaction guarantee - no trial period, no refund is allowed (if I was Apple I would do the same thing. Why? BECAUSE it is a disappointed product.)
4. Does not read WMV or RM format files which are the most popular digital viedo format out there. You can't expect people to buy all their music or videos from iTunes store (iTunes can convert WMA files). In the long run, this will definitely hurt iPod video's acceptances.

I will trash my QT pro and buy AVS Video Converter (disclaimer: I don't work for AVS. I don't make any profit by sharing you the information here.) AVS Video Converter as a video converter is way better than the QT pro for two reasons:

1. Reads and converts virtually all types of video files.
2. Convert speed - if not ten times faster, should be closed.

I don't want to say it is a perfect product for one thing that it doesn't read title in chinese. However, it is a better converter than QT pro.

It costs the same as for the QT pro but you can TRY it first. The trial version can be downloaded from download.com or AVS's web page:

Give it a try.
