The transferring data, “The time remaining about 13 minutes” showing on old iPhone for long time. Is it stuck somewhere? Can I cancel it at this moment?

During the data transferring from iPhone X to iPhone 13 Pro Max, the screen shows “The time remaining about 13 minutes” on old iPhone for long time. What can I do? It doesn’t seem finishing soon.

Yes, you can cancel the transfer and start over again. Turn off both iPhones and turn them on again and start the transfer anew.
