How to charge and connect iPhone 13 and Airpod pro earplugs's charger?

I recently purchased an iPhone 13. The current cable does not allow my phone to connect to my car's USB access, neither to my old charger. Can I use the cable my older phone (lighting to USB) and continue using the old charger and connection to my car? What are the consequences of connecting my phone to my car's USB?

iPhone 13 USB A to Lightening compatibility (for cars, or other USB A charging blocks) I've already contacted Apple support (technical and the store - each pointed to the other for an answer....) The iPhone 13 has a lightning to USB-C for charging. I need to figure out how to connect my new phone to my car for sound - via the USB-A (female) port in the car. (I don't want to use BT.) I'm either envisioning (1) a cable that has a male lightning connector (to connect to the phone) and a male USB-A (to plug directly into the car); or (2) some sort of adapter that has a USB-C female (to plug the "new" cord for the iPhone 13) and an adapter to connect some form of USB cable to the car. It will work just fine, might be a bit slower than using the most current FAST Charger, but it will not harm your iPhone 13 or Airpod charger.
