Apple Pencil broken tip is stuck inside the pencil

My Apple Pencil 2 tip is broke but half of it stuck inside the pencil which I am unable to remove I already bought replacement tip Help me Is apple care can help me the stuck portion of the tip.

Apple pencil lines start with a dot I just bought an M2 iPad Pro and a new Apple Pencil as well. My iPad refuses to draw on a specific area. This happened weeks ago, and for some reason, my iPad is refusing to draw on a specific horizontal line. I noticed this problem when I’m simply trying to draw on procreate with my apple pencil. The same thing occurs when I draw with my finger. I thought procreate was the issue, but as I tried to draw on other drawing platforms the same issue happened. I’ve hard reset my iPad, and refreshed the app. The same problem still occurs. I’m using the iPad 6 with the 1st generation apple pencil. I haven’t had any recent damage of both devices.Is there a way I can fix this?
