Replying on developer forum thread not working

Hello,

I don't know how to reply on this specific thread https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/664295 in Apple developer forum.

When I tap on blue button "Answer this question" or some of "Add a Comment" buttons, nothing happened.

I tried other thread for example https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/693046 and there everything works.

Is this questioned thread close for next answers or can anyone told me where is a problem please?
