Full java environment setup

As I am new to macOS, I don't know much or not much familiar to macOS. Can anyone please help me with the whole procedure to install java and full environment setup? Please also provide related links.

I am currently using macbook pro M1 2020 which is running macOS Big Sur.

http://www.java.com has a variety of Java installs. Note: version 8v203 and later has different licensing schemes over 8v202 or earlier for corporate environments. HTML5's web development is not as tied to license specific web access and development.
