HomePod (2018) Replacement

Hi,

I have a HomePod (2018) that is no longer working. It is most likely a hardware issue and will need to be replaced. My questions are:

Is Apple still fixing/replacing HomePods (2018) since the discontinuation?
How long will they continue repairs & service (assuming consumer law comes into play here?).

Broken Airpod still under warranty! Hi there! I purchased an Apple AirPod from the Apple Store in USA and it is still under warranty. My Airpods started giving issues suddenly and it is not working properly. Can I know if this can be replaced since it is still under warranty. This can not be used anymore. Every time I try to connect to it, it takes ages to get connected plus even if it gets connected the battery low sign indicates even if the AirPod is fully charged. Appreciate if you could get back to me as soon as possible since I use my Airpods for my day to day activities and it is very important that it is been replaced or repaired at the earliest. HomePod is dead My HomePod is dead. I did try all of the suggested saving procedure to no avail. Went to the Genius Bar and I was offered a “replacement” for AU$382! Spoken to support and they called me back with a refusal to do anything about the issue. Pretty disappointed in Apple and their support. The fact as I was told by the Genius Bar is that the unit cannot be repaired and only replaced. This was never made clear when buying the unit and if this is the case, it should be an issue that Apple should consider. I cannot imagine buying a car that breaks down and having the dealer tell me that you need to buy a new one as it cannot be repaired! I have been a loyal Apple customer since the early 1980’s and I am really disappointed.

Left airpod complety stopped working 2 weeks after purchase Hello,I bought the second generation airpods on the 28th of August and my left airpod stopped working on the 14th of September . My warranty is still valid till August 2020.am I able to get my left airpod fixed or replaced for free ?
