Hi

I have purchased an Apple 13x Pro 256 and upon activation of the device. I made a video call through the FaceTime application, and after a minute of making the call .... there was a high temperature in the back of the smartphone and I checked the point of sale from which I bought the phone and replaced it after making sure that the heat was in the device. Unfortunately, there was the same problem with the other device that I replaced.... After several attempts, I was able to find a solution to the heat when using the FaceTime application.?!?
My question is, is this a manufacturing defect and does it affect the lives of users in case of extreme heat? I hope you will answer my question

You’re going to want to discuss this with Apple Support.

Using FaceTime does noticeably warm an iPhone; the communications radios, the processing, graphics, and the display and backlight are all typically quite busy.
