Uprading from Apple Fitness to Apple One Premier

If I already paid a full year's subscription for Apple Fitness but want to upgrade to Apple One Premier how does what I've already paid factor in? My Apple Fitness subscription is only a few months old.

You'll get a refund for the "duplicate" months of Apple Fitness subscription.

Apple One Hi all, I have an Apple One subscription. However, I cannot access Apple Fitness plus. It says that I need to renew my subscription. Apple One Subscription Choices Why can't you mix the subscriptions....I don't use Arcade but need Fitness for example. Fitness+ is only available on the most expensive Apple One option.
