iPhone 13 Pro Max Screen Recorder is becoming blurry

Hi, my hobby is doing a gameplay video using different devices. When using an iphone, I rely on its Screen Recorder feature.

I just noticed just today that when I screen record a video using my iPhone 13 Pro Max, some part of the video is becoming BLURRY.

This is not happening when using my iPhone 12 Pro Max

Watching it using 1080p@60fps quality, You will notice that iPhone 13 Pro Max is having a random blurry part of the video

please take note that the video is the same as the one saved on my iPhone

Really weird considering iPhone 13 has the new faster A15 chip and the Pro Max has the new 5 core CPU.

I’m thinking if this is because of the ProMotion or Screen recorder is not yet optimized for A15?
