I can’t turn on App Tracking

So I have a question, along with others I’d assume as-well as I’m seeing a decent amount of questions posted about this.. The app tracking is unavailable, or won’t let me turn it on. For me to connect my Clash of Clans through Facebook, I need to enable this feature and allow app tracking. For some reason it’s saying

“This setting cannot be applied because your Apple ID is missing age information”

which doesn’t make any sense, I have all of my information filled out, and my birth date which is 22/03/2000. Why can I not enable this? I’m clearly of age, and I’ve had this Apple ID account for a while, any threads I read up on don’t seem to help what so ever.. A lot of games I used to play that I’m getting back into, we’re connected through Facebook but I’m not able to get my saved files back for said games, because I can’t turn on App Tracking. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Not too sure what’s going on, or why there isn’t a fix for it yet..

Contact Apple. Click here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
