Hello sanda180,

We understand you’re seeing a temperature warning on your iPhone.

Here’s some information about that warning and also some conditions when you may notice this happens - Keeping iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch within acceptable operating temperatures

Can you tell us more about whether any of these situations apply? Does your device cool down and allow you to use it?

Thank you.

sanda180,

Can you tell us more about whether any of the situations in the following article apply, such as using your device where there is a warm ambient temperature? Keeping iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch within acceptable operating temperatures Does your device cool down and allow you to use it? Does this happen when charging your iPhone or just when using it without charging?

You’ve mentioned that the battery is down to 2%. Is that the maximum capacity percentage in Settings > Battery > Battery Health?

We’re eager to get more details.

Thanks.
