Warranty of ipad

I happened to purchase a refurbished 12.9 inch iPad Pro from the apple store in the United States and it came with a one year warranty and due to the virus i moved to my country India and now I’m experiencing trouble with its display and its still in warranty period can I claim my warranty in India?
