Who’s been Deceived by DuoLingo’s free trial?

they Lied when I signed up for the free trial saying they would notify me 2 days before it ends.

They never did and just went to bill me $84.99 on 9/30/2021 I received a text message while in Mexico I couldn’t call out 1-800 numbers internet was bad or none in my location.

Had they notified me I would have canceled as I had already purchased Babbel for $50.00 a week prior.

Anyone else have similar problems?

We see you had an issue with your free trial. If this transaction was made with your Apple ID through the App Store you can request a refund for the accidental purchase. Here's how you can do that: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple

If you subscribed directly through DuoLingo you will need to reach out to them for support directly. Here is their support page: Duolingo Help Center

Thanks for the the help offer, I did go to Apple support and a refund is already being processed however this doesn't solve the problem.

They defrauded me and they have done this to countless other unsuspecting people who simply sign up for a free trial and end up being billed for the whole subscription.

Not good.
