Contacts not on iCloud

Contacts icon is not showing on iCloud.com.

iOS 15.7.2 duplicated all my contacts I ran the iOS 15.7.2 on my iPhone SE yesterday and now every single contact in my contact card list is in duplicate. How can I fix this without having to individually merge each one?

Contacts Stuck in Lists post 16.1.1 Update Contacts on my phone are stuck in Lists mode with no way out. Never experienced this prior to 16.1.1 update. Anyone else seen this. I currently have no ability to reach my contacts.

Make sure you have iCloud Contacts set up on your iOS or macOS devices: Set up and use iCloud Contacts
