Iphone 13 pro max audio not working on CarPlay

does anyone have any temporary fixes? I have a 4 hour drive Monday to Friday and really like listening to music on my phone when I drive

It still doesnt work on my Iphone 13 pro max, it works normally on my iPhone xr though.

My partner and I both have iPhone 13 pro max's. Both of our phones keep crashing CarPlay when we try to play music on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music. everything else runs fine I can use navigations apps but not music. Whenever we try to play music it crashes no matter what platform we try to use, I even tried Netflix :') and that still crashes it. I'm assuming its something to do with iPhone 13 and running iOS 15 in the phones. I still have my old an iPhone xr with iOS 15, everything still works fine on it.

Thank you for the updated information. Are you updated to iOS 15.1? If not, that would be a great next step. It's a good idea to back up your iPhone before updating.
