safari 15.0 on OS10.15.7 will not load ebay or bank sites

Same here... and not just eBay or bank sites. Numerous sites. For weeks stretching into months now.
Apple is such a huge company with such massive revenue and they can't even get their browser to work?
BTW - none of the complicated suggested fixes like reinstalling and messing with the settings work. And few Apple users even want to mess with it. We bought Apple because it was supposed to work without complications.
I'm ready to kick Safari to the curb.
