Cancel unexpected automated renewal

Hi, I’d like to cancel my subscription for Flo app. I didn’t know about the automatic renewal and I have been charged. I realized the charge one day after. How can I cancel it? I don’t need the app. Thank you so much for your help.

Seems most subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them..
