Is there any way to update my order colour while it’s still processing?
I didn’t realize that once you selected an item in the mobile application you could not change the colour anymore. I intended to order the silver MacBook Pro, but ended up ordering space gray. If I cancel and re-order, it will delay my order by 20 days.
Is it possible for me to contact someone to change the colour? I tried using their contact method through the application but it said to try again tomorrow.
I don’t think it’s very good UX to have the colour selection outside the device configuration.
