I am based in Luxembourg - so is my partner and both of our profiles are registered to Luxembourg (or so it appears when we check the details per our AppleTV device).

What matters for access to Apple TV app searches, is the country of the billing address of the Apple ID account. Is that for the same country for both of you?

So if the AppleTV+ subscription does not offer programming for free …

An Apple TV+ subscription offer access to all of the Apple TV+ content (Apple Originals).

Other content in the Apple TV app would be available by other subscriptions, or for buy or rent (not affected by subscriptions).

Miracle Workers is not part of Apple TV+. This TBS production would be on a different streaming service (Sky in the UK, TNT in Germany and Spain, Videoland in the Netherlands, Warner TV in France).

I’m based in EU.

The EU comprises of 27 countries with independent distribution rights and networks. Please be specific.

Family Sharing allows the sharing of select services. Possibly the content provider didn’t participate in Apple Family Sharing.

When searching the AppleTV movies/series, Miracle Workers appears on his profile.

When changing the active user profile to mine instead, I have less available series - Miracle Workers also do not appear in my list.

So if the AppleTV+ subscription does not offer programming for free there is no point to continue the subscription, as my partner has the options available on his profile and therefore we might as well simply pay for each episode instead. The price I pay for my profile = the full season of what we want to watch from his profile anyway.
