Whenever I play football, the activity records and shows up with the calories and time etc but it doesn’t show up in the awards. It worked a few months ago where I had my first football workout award then when I beat the calories burned but now it’s not there at all and doesn’t register. I’ve definitely beat my previous target but there’s nothing showing in my awards for football, even the previous ones

The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

If that doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This should result in no loss of data. It deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.

Thank you. I’ve tried restarting both devices but didn’t work but really don’t want to reset my data so hadn’t tried that. The football workouts show in activity on watch and phone just not in the awards section where you get first workout and then when you beat them which is odd
