The green button does not appear next to the metrics
I cannot include the metrics in the workout because the green button does not appear at all next to the “not included” metrics

Launch the Apple Watch app from the Home screen of your iPhone.
Tap the My Watch tab, if you're not already there.
Tap Workout
Tap Workout View.
Tap the workout you want to customize.
Tap Edit.
Drag the metrics you want to the top part of the page and the one's you don't want to the bottom.
Tap Done
