iTunes takes at least 4 minutes and 30 seconds to load on Windows 10

How do I get it to load faster?

Details:

I've completely removed and reloaded iTunes and iCloud as described in the second box here:

https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-6562

I've tried everything described here:

https://discussions.apple.com/thread/252376604

I'm running Windows 10 Home, version 19043.1288, on a 1 TB SSD and an i7-9700k CPU running at 3.6 GHz with 32 GB of RAM.

I've installed iTunes and iCloud from the Microsoft Store. I'm running version 12.12.1.1 of iTunes and version 12.5.74.0 of iCloud.

After downloading latest version from Microsoft store, Itunes was taking up to 10 minutes to launch - tried all the recommended action to overcome this issue without success. I finally discovered that the following has fixed this issue for me - close Itunes - use file explorer to navigate to C:\Users\(your user name)\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer - rename Apple Computer - I used OldApple Computer - open Itunes - It will open as if it's a new install and you may need to enter your Apple ID and Password. Itunes now loads for me in 4 seconds.
