Hello everyone,
I recently bought a new camera, a Canon R5 and I am not able to preview the thumbnails of the raw files .cr3. I am using the latest update of Catalina 10.15.7 what am I doing wrong? I've tried and googled everything with no luck so far...

The Canon R5 has no Camera RAW support in macOS Catalina 10.15.7. Apple does not make retroactive updates to prior operating systems, and presently, the Canon R5 is supported in Big Sur.

No. You need a Late 2014 27-inch iMac or newer to install Big Sur on it.
Thumbnails in Finder too?
No. It appears as an image mini-finder…
