Does the 9th generation iPad have a wireless charging option?
No.
Wirreless, inductive, magnetic charging requires a glass panel or ALL glass design, in order to isolate the charging current from, possible, user electrical shock issues.
iPhones and Watch have this sufficient, elextrical current isolating glass, as part of their design.
iPad back panels/chassis are made of an aluninium alloy that is NOT safe to allow any type of inductive, magnetic, wireless electrical charging system.
Sorry.
No models of iPad support wireless/inductive changing.
Inductive charging (Qi and MagSafe) is only available to recent models of iPhone that feature a glass back - these models being iPhone 8 / iPhone SE2 or later.
