Not from Mission Control, but as leroydouglas noted, you can from cmd-tab.

I don't quite grok what it is you are asking here...

Get out of Mission Control if you want to close (Command W) windows or (Command Q) to quit apps

The HUD (heads up display) Command Tab here you can tab you way along, continue holding the Command key and Q will quit applications
