Hej I have a problem with pairing my Apple Watch 3 with iPhone 11pro, everything is ok until update is downloaded to watch… when I put passcode to forward to next step it’s only change from install to install now and install and install now… I do everything what internet “says” but it’s still this same… I will be thankful for some clues ?
I try your method about hour but its not working....
But when I press screen longer or crown button then ask me - do I want to restore to factory settings, after this still tell me he wat to pair and don't let me in to the system.... so im stuck like my watch....
Thanks for answering, my watch Is gps-cellular. Update downloading to watch but later not installing… But your suggestion is good I try to update them in some certificates Apple Store
It’s clear watch not paired and not activated I don know how to get to the settings straight on watch…

The apple watch 3 GPS only has only 8GB of internal storage, most of that is taken up by the operating system and other critical software with not much space left for the update.So installing or even pairing to an ios14 or ios15 phone is proving nearly impossible for just about all the watch 3 users on this forum.
The same applies to Apple watch 1 and 2 they are almost impossible to either pair or update with an ios 14 or ios15 phone.
Your best bet is to call in at an apple store and ask them to update it for you.
You could try updating from the watch itself as the cellular watch has more storage space;
