I wanted to update my mac from Big Sur 11.1 to 11.6

So I tried to download and install new version but it didn't work and said:

Some updates could not be installed.

How can I fix this?

After upgrading to Ventura successfully, my version still shows Monterey 12.6.2 I went through the entire upgrade process to Ventura. There were no error messages and it eventually rebooted and is working. But the version number still read Monterey. Is this just a bug in the Mac About page or did I not upgrade? Btw, I only upgraded the OS and not Safari. Does Apple force you to upgrade Safari too?
