So the problem is - the pressure works only when its used very lightly or very heavily On other iPads same thing happens. When I borrowed an other pencil from a friend, it worked well on my iPad. So the problem is in the pencil, not tablet.
Did anyone have same problem?

2) Seek assistance with diagnosis from Apple - where the diagnosis may lead to replacement of the Pencil.
You would be best advised to visit the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store, where the technicians will be able to test and assess your Pencil (and iPad) in isolation. If the Pencil is defective, if within warranty, your Pencil can be exchanged.

1) Ensure that the Pencil tip is not worn. If you see any signs of wear, the tip needs to be replaced.
2) Ensure that the Pencil Tip is firmly screwed into the body of the Apple Pencil. If only slightly loosened, the Pencil may not work properly.
I replaced the old tip with the new one and it still does not work. I even borrowed tips from other people and it doesnt work correctly so the fault is in Pencil itself. I made sure that tip is firmly attached.
