Endless loop for login to AppleTV+

"Before you can sign in on the web, first sign in to the Apple TV app on your iPhone or iPad. On a computer, sign in to Apple TV or iTunes."

I have a valid AppleID. I go to Login to AppleTV+ I put in my AppleID and PW, A box opens: "Before you can sign in on the web, first sign in to the Apple TV app on your iPhone or iPad. On a computer, sign in to Apple TV or iTunes." OK. Repeat. Also happens to Itunes. Happens on PC, Roku too. Happens on Firefox and chrome. I just want to give them money and sign up for Appletv+ why don't they want my business?

Contact Apple. Click here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

I called and to save others that might find this problem: One must successfully accept the terms and conditions. This can be done in Itunes. The thing is, there's an invisible checkbox on the screen where it says ACCEPT. the simplest way to find it, is to highlight your Apple ID and hit tab until the box shows up, click it (also invisibly) and THEN accept. Works like a charm. Probably a windows thing. Thanks!
