i need to sign in to itunes my iphone is disabled

my iphone is disabled and i need to sign into itunes to fix it

You can't sign into iTunes on a disable phone. You will need to turn the phone off and connect it to a computer using the instructions in If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support
