iPhone 12 Pro Max trade in issue

The back of my iPhone 12 Pro Max is slightly cracked. Does it have no value anymore? According to the apple website if its not shattered there is value but when I take it into the store they do not even wanna look at it.

For reference, here's a picture of it. IMO it's not shattered but what does everyone think?

It will not have a trade value. Apple doesn't actually replace the back glass on iPhone. The entire phone has to be replaced. You can pay for an out of warranty replacement, which for iPhone 12 Pro Max, would cost you $599.
