PCgamesupply.com will not refund me for this order of $200.00 (10/21/2021),
I purchased a Apple Itunes Card on that date.
i requested a REFUND a few times by sending them a contact on email
requesting my REFUND. When I completed the purchase online, I mentioned
the person that I wanted the card to go to, but they did NOT do that.
They sent it to my email, and I did NOT redeem it.
Please respond.

I am not fully following what occurred so I first want to mention that any service requesting payment as a gift card is very likely a scam. About Gift Card Scams - Official Apple Support
If this was a meant as a gift you can probably just forward the email to the person you meant it for.
