I turned off my Bluetooth to refresh the connection and tried to connect with my other mac.
However, I am not able to use my mouse and keyboard anymore after I turned it off. Now, I am not able to control my imac at all. What can I do??????

Borrow a USB keyboard and mouse from another machine, even a pc.
Better yet, buy an inexpensive USB set to keep on hand for troubleshooting and times like this.

Very good advice above. I personally don't mess with wireless devices. Try restarting your Mac is the Safe Mode. It often fixes things like this. Press the Shift key on restart.) It can take up to 10 minutes while the OS is fixing itself and cleaning out its caches. If things then work, restart normally and see what happens.
