New Erase all content and settings in MacOS Monterey

I just installed MacOS Monterey today and was looking at the new feature to erase all content and settings feature. I have ordered a new MacBook Pro 16 which will arrive next month. I plan to give the current MacBook Pro 16 (2019) to my son. Is it sufficient to use the erase all content and settings or should I turn off find my Mac and sign out of iCloud and iTunes as I had to do with older versions of MacOS?

Thanks
