Blocked caller ID for my phone number
How do I unblock my own phone number so when I make calls it comes up as either my name or my actual phone number and not “NO CALLER ID” or “RESTRICTED”

We see that you wish to change how your outgoing Caller ID information is displayed. We're happy to offer some resources to assist you in finding the best solution.
If your carrier supports it, you may go to Settings > Phone on your device and find the option for "Show My Caller ID". Tapping on this option will provide you with a toggle setting whereby you may enable to disable this function.
As Caller ID information is controlled by your cellular provider, contact them if that selection is not present or you need to make changes to how your Caller ID information is presented on outgoing calls.
