My phone is spazzing out a lot, so I re-downloaded Snapchat because it wasn't loading. When I re-downloaded it and logged in, it said that I had to go into settings and allow camera access, but when I go into settings, into the snapchat part, there is no toggle or anything involving camera access.

I do not use Snapchat, however, would like to suggest the following;
Open Settings ➔ Privacy ➔ Camera: Here, locate Snapchat (if it is there) and then set the switch to ON.
