Pick up phone call-delay

Hi, any one facing pick up delay? iPhone 12 Pro IOS 15.1

When somebody call me, I press answer, it have to wait 1-3 second and the phone only response . Also, the ringtone delay as well.

To confirm, is this issue occurring with all contacts that try to call you or just specific contacts? You can try to remove your SIM card, then restart your iPhone. After it restarts, re-insert your SIM card to your device and test to see if this unique issue continues to occur:

Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
