Major Issues:
Anything that appears on this list needs immediate attention.
Battery failure - Your battery is reporting that it needs to be serviced.
Kernel panics - This system has experienced kernel panics that could be related to 3rd party software.
When the battery starts to fail, often there are all sorts of trouble. This could be related.
What drive are you exporting to? The Samsung T5 external? How is it formatted?
I am guessing that it is NTFS, given that you are using the paragon software (see below).
That is not a good idea.
Does exporting to the internal drive also crash?
If the T5 is indeed NTFS formatted, you should copy off the contents of the T5 to another drive, and reformat as APFS.
/Library/Extensions
[Loaded] ufsd_NTFS.kext - com.paragon-software.filesystems.ntfs (15.4.19 - SDK 10.10)
[Not Loaded] SamsungPortableSSDDriver.kext - com.samsung.portablessd.driver (1.5.02 - SDK 10.7)
You should also definitely uninstall this old Samsung driver. It is not needed and may well be interfering with the operation of the drive.
Last but not least:
User Launch Agents:
[Not Loaded] com.adobe.GC.Invoker-1.0.plist (Adobe Inc. - installed 2021-10-02)
[Loaded] com.dropbox.DropboxMacUpdate.agent.plist (Dropbox, Inc. - installed 2021-10-11)
[Loaded] com.google.keystone.agent.plist (Google, Inc. - installed 2021-08-24)
[Loaded] com.google.keystone.xpcservice.plist (Google, Inc. - installed 2021-08-24)
[Not Loaded] com.samsung.portablessd.mon.plist (Samsung Electronics - installed 2018-03-19)
[Running] com.srib.pssddaemon.plist (Samsung Electronics - installed 2018-03-19)
These agents are installed by chrome and are the bane of FCP and other professional applications.
You need to uninstall those, and then drag FCP to the trash, and download a new copy from the App Store.

Whenever a crash occurs, delete the application's preferences.
We need to know more.
Please run Etrecheck and post its full report here. Use the "additional text" button and paste the report into the text box.
The battery problem may be causing the kernel panics. 16 of them strongly indicates that there’s a hardware problem.
Thankyou!
Please find Etrecheck report in additional text.
Thankyou!
Here is the latest crash report from FCPX attached. Not sure if this helps.
Crash reports are really only decipherable by engineering.
The applications are sandboxed. Kernel panics are likely a hardware problem and should be investigated first.
