Unable to download apps on my iPhone

The apps you want to download require at least iOS 13.

The iPhone can still be used to a limited extent, such as for WhatsApp, calling, receiving calls, text messages, etc. and using apps that are still suitable with iOS 12.

Buying a newer iPhone is definitely better & safer, especially for Internet banking.

I have a subscription to Pandora, but since Saturday when I try and use Pandora my phone says unable to download item???
