After 12 hours iPhone 13 Pro Max is waiting for an estimate 1 minute of transfer from iPhone 11 Pro Max. What is my next move?

Much to my surprise I was told by Mac support to shut down the i11proMax (which i did) and my new 13 ProMax is operating normally. Still have the usual set-up headaches, but I'm 95% done. Bottom line - Over two hours to transfer data is too long (I let it run overnight), just shut the transfer from device down. Seemed to work.
