My iPad transfer has now taken over 24hrs and is still not finished. Is this normal?

transfer isn't working I have an iphone 6 and upgraded to iphone 13 but the transfer is not working at all is there any fix, it stays on the set up new iphone and it hasn't changed in hours is it something I can fix or just not bother with it.

No. This is not normal. My recommendation is that you restart the process again. Ensure that both devices are connected to a Wi-Fi Network and remain connected until the transfer has been completed. If possible, then keep both devices plugged in and charging.
