Where is my camera app?

I tried disabling my camera app in my lock screen. Now I don’t know where the app went. I can’t find it anywhere on my iPhone. I can’t remember what I did in the first place to get rid of it, it was somewhere on settings. I have read that I need to go to setting then general and than restrictions but when I go onto general, it doesn’t have restrictions anywhere. Please help ASAP
