PLAYING A VIDEO ON IPAD

I logged into the system to watch one of my online courses, but when starting the course recording, I get the message "No compatible source found for this media" and the recordings cannot be played. Can someone help me? :(

It sounds like videos for an online course won't play on your iPad, and we're happy to help. Are you using Safari to access this video? If so, you can try the suggestions here:


If Safari displays a blank page or quits on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


You can also try a different browser. If you're still having trouble, you may want to contact the website that hosts the content for advice and to make sure it's compatible with the iPad.
