How do I set Photoshop Elements as the default graphics app in MacOS Big Sur?

Mac mini, macOS 11.6

Get info on a graphics file. Set the default application to Photoshop and click Change All

You may be able to select multiple types and hold down Option key when opening Get Info (cmd-opt-I). Ive never tried.
