default adobe apps in the finder menu

Whenever I open my Premier project it automatically opens it with After Effects. I see that its the default but I don’t ever remember setting it as the default. I’m wondering how I can remove After Effects as there default app. Its annoying when I forget to click (open with Premier) and automatically get redirected to after effects.
